The Weekly Retreat
A seven-day immersive process for those facing deep blocks, grief, or major life transitions.
When ordinary sessions aren't enough.
- When the block is heavy — long-standing grief, the aftermath of accidents or surgery, the loss of a child or parents, prolonged trauma.
- When time is short and your inner life is asking for full immersion rather than weekly increments.
- When you trust the body as the field, and you are ready for a container that holds you across days, not minutes.
Seven days, one container.
Arrival & intention setting
We begin by mapping what you came for. Goals, edges, what wants to be released, what wants to be remembered. We build the container before we enter it.
Preparation
One or two preparation sessions, each around three hours. Somatic work to settle the nervous system, build trust between you and the field, and meet whatever is already alive in the body before the ceremonial day.
Ceremonial day
A macrodose ceremony with psilocybin (3.5–5g), held in a private setting. I remain with you throughout — taking notes, holding presence, witnessing what arises. The container is quiet, embodied, and led by your body's pace.
Body integration
The echo of the previous day lives in the tissue. We work somatically to bring through what surfaced — releasing what is ready, anchoring what is forming.
Rest & final integration
Unstructured time in nature, by water. Then a closing integration session: neurography, mind-mapping, and clear articulation of what you take forward. We use the 72-hour neuroplasticity window after the ceremony to shape new patterns while the system is most open.
Retreats are by application only.
Begin with the screening form. After screening, a 30-minute call to assess fit. Then arrangement and location are discussed privately.
